Returns & Exchanges

At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, essential oils, or colorants once the seal is broken.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a trackable carrier, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5 to 7 business days.
