How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you offer international shipping?

Are your fragrance oils and ingredients cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Voyageur Soap & Candle is committed to ethical sourcing. None of our finished products or raw ingredients are tested on animals.

Can I return products if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of raw ingredients and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on liquids, powders, or oils. However, unused equipment and molds can be returned within 30 days.

Do you provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your ingredients?

Yes, we can provide a COA and SDS for our professional-grade ingredients upon request. Please contact our support team with your batch number.
