The Stephenson Foaming Bath Butter is a unique base that can be used for a variety of finished products. The base product is a foaming bath butter, which can be used to make sugar and salt whipped scrubs, shaving foams, soap ‘frostings’, and bath soufflé, all from this one base. The Stephenson Foaming Bath Butter is paraben and MPG free, can be used for shower, bath and facial applications, and has a mild, moisturizing formulation with a luxurious lather.  Also known as Stephenson OPC.
